GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE OF PRODUCTS AND DIGITAL CONTENT OF THE WWW.DIBOI.IT SITE AND OF THE "" WWW.DIBOI.IT APP (v. 1.1 of 02.11.2021) 1. Validity and scope of application 1.1 These General Conditions of Sale govern the sale of Digital Products and Content, through the website www.diboi.it by wltv, a company subject to management and coordination by wltv srls., with registered office in Via Grimaldi, 5-96010 Priolo Gargallo Part. VAT 02051410898 Fiscal code - 02051410898 registered with the Syracuse chamber of commerce in the Economic and Administrative Directory with n. SR- 151424. All terms with a capital letter will have the meaning set out in the following art. 18. 1.2 The General Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to Products and Digital Content marketed directly by diboi through the Site to its Users. doboi is not responsible for the supply of services and / or for the sale of products by subjects present on the Site through links, banners or other hypertext links. diboi is not responsible for the supply of services and / or for the sale of products by these subjects, nor does it carry out any checks and / or monitoring on the websites that can be consulted through these links. Therefore, DIBOI is not responsible for the contents of these sites, nor for any errors and / or omissions and / or violations of the law by them. 1.3 The Products distributed by diboi through the Site consist, in particular, of books, audiovisual and musical works, video games, all on different media and material formats, such as, but not limited to, CD, DVD, Blu Ray Disk, vinyl records, electronic products, games and educational products, sporting goods, gadgets and accessories. DIBOI, through the Site, also distributes Digital Contents not provided on material support, such as eBooks. 1.4 The applicable General Conditions of Sale are those in force on the date of sending the purchase order by the User and are available in Italian. DIBOI reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Sale at any time. Any changes and / or new conditions will be in force from the moment of their publication on the Site in the "General Conditions of Sale" section with indication of the version and date of update. Users are therefore invited to regularly consult the dedicated section. 2. Premises 2 2.1 The offer and sale of Products and Digital Content through the Site constitute a distance contract governed by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70, containing the regulation on electronic commerce and, for Users who hold the quality of consumers, by articles. 45 and ss. of the legislative decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 and subsequent amendments ("Consumer Code") e. 2.2 In order to send an order relating to a Product or a Digital Content it is necessary to read, carefully examine and understand these General Conditions of Sale. Customer Service is able to communicate with Users in the same language. 2.4 For anything not expressly governed by these General Conditions of Sale, the provisions of the General Conditions of Use apply, such as, by way of example but not limited to, the provisions on intellectual property rights, changes to the service, specific use of the APP and navigation on the Site.
