Information pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 wltv srls (hereinafter "Diboi.it"), owner of the website https://www.diboi.it (hereinafter the "Site"), provides information regarding the processing of personal data provided for the use of services offered by the Site (hereinafter the "Services"), in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/03 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) and subsequent additions and amendments, (hereinafter the "Code"). 2 - The provision of personal data is mandatory to be able to register on diboi.it and to use the various Services, failure to provide the requested personal data does not allow registration to diboi.it. 4 - The personal data you have provided may be disclosed exclusively to: 4.1 associated or controlled companies belonging to our group, for the pursuit of the same purposes for which the data were collected; 4.2 public or private entities for the fulfillment of obligations under the contract, the law or EU legislation; 4.3 the personal data provided may be transferred abroad, with the prior consent and within the limits set out in Articles 42, 43, 44, 45 of the Code.
